All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Latecomers may not be admitted and is at the discretion of event staff and/or performers. Some shows will have a strict no-latecomers policy.

Tickets must be brought to each show. Wells Comedy Festival is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets, and tickets cannot be collected or printed at the box office or venues.

Recording equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited. No recording or filming of any show or venue is permitted.

Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues and their employees from any liability thereafter.

Wells Comedy Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute acts at any time and if there is a change of act (headline act or supporting act) no refunds are due.
